SHIPPING POLICY 

We ship from our warehouse located in China.

After placing the order, we usually ship within 1-4 days. (Except customized or pre-ordered products).  A shipment normally takes 8 - 24 business days to arrive.

We pay tariffs for almost all countries in North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia. To the United States after May 2nd, 2025, we are also responsible for paying tariffs. If you are unsure whether the tariffs in your country will be paid by us, you can contact us.
